Very recently was my first experience with Lucas and his tuning. He was easy to speak with over the phone while scheduling a time. I play my piano a minimum of 4 hours every week. I play “by ear”, and I have an acoustic piano. I am not highly knowledgeable about the inside of my piano. He respectfully addressed my questions. But, my ears and fingers know when it is not in tune. After the tuning, my piano felt & sounded beautiful to me!! His fee was very reasonable. I found Lucas to be a professional.
