Lucas Brookins is efficient and completely competent. I have been a small church choir director for 40 years, and have sometimes touched up a piano myself — very slowly and laboriously, but I can hear when a string is out of tune. I listened as Lucas was tuning, and once or twice when I thought he had finished with a tiny tiny bit out of tune left on that string, he hadn’t actually finished. When he did, it sounded perfect.
When he was done, I played the piano and it sounded great again!
